One International Elder's Travel

What makes the Aniwa Gathering so unique and special is that we bring together 40 Indigenous elders from all around the world.Your contribution helps cover the extensive costs associated with their travel, including round-trip transportation (flights, ride-shares, boat rides, etc.), visas, hotels, and travel meals.

Some elders travel from incredibly remote and hard-to-reach places—some requiring a four-day boat journey, followed by a day-long car ride, and then three flights just to reach California. These efforts ensure that their invaluable wisdom reaches our community. Your support makes this possible.
